Use Grow Doc when something looks wrong. Combine multiple images or video with plant stage, symptom pattern, environment, root-zone information, recent changes and other observations to compare plausible causes.

A useful diagnosis starts before the symptom appears because good records preserve the environmental, irrigation and management context that is easy to forget later.

Build the record

Identify the plant and stage, then keep environment, irrigation, feeding, tasks and images attached to the timeline.

Notice the change

Describe where the symptom started, its pattern, how fast it is progressing and what changed recently.

Compare causes

Bring the relevant evidence into Grow Doc and keep more than one plausible explanation in the differential.

Test the interpretation

Use the subject literature, make the smallest defensible correction, then track new growth and progression.

Measure before guessing

Make the grow observable.

A number without context is not a diagnosis, but repeatable measurements make trends visible. GrowLens gives those readings a place beside plant stage, irrigation, tasks, photos and crop events so the record can explain what changed.

Diagnose with context

A photo is evidence. It is not proof by itself.

Plant-health symptoms often overlap. Grow Doc is designed around structured evidence and differential reasoning so a leaf color or spot pattern does not automatically become a nutrient, pest or disease diagnosis.
