Growth interval
Measurement method
Use the same reference point, plant posture and time relative to irrigation/lights when possible. Training can change plant height without representing slower biomass accumulation.
Calibrated photo measurement
Load a local photo, calibrate scale by clicking two points across a known reference, then click two points across the plant dimension you want to measure. The image stays in browser memory only and is never written to localStorage; saved records contain only the filename/reference, normalized points, calibration metadata and measurement result.
Calibration is valid only for the same image plane and geometry. Perspective distortion can make measurements inaccurate when the reference and plant dimension are at different depths or angles.
No image data is saved by this tool.

Filtered growth summary
Stage baseline uses the earliest saved interval for the selected plant and stage.
All saved plants.
Growth trend
The selected metric uses the filtered plant/group and growth-stage records. Missing optional measurements remain gaps rather than being treated as zero.

Cross-plant phenotype comparison
Compare the latest saved interval for two plant/group IDs at the same selected stage. Dimensional rates are normalized to cm/day before comparison. This is descriptive phenotype tracking—not proof of genetic superiority, biomass, yield, or a causal environmental effect.
